Saddened to hear today of the passing of Keith Baxter. Dave Eales tells me that Keith first joined the club, with a number of others, when the old English Electric club disbanded in 1968. A doughty front row operator his links with the club remained unbroken over the intervening years, serving as both treasurer and chairman in that time; and a constant presence on the touchline, both home and away. Our thoughts are with Maureen and family. - Words by Bill Wallis
