CHAIR - MARK LLEWELLYN
VICE- CHAIR – HEIDI SALISBURY

• Lead the development of mini and junior rugby
• Create and lead a team of people to deliver rugby for 4-17 year olds
• Arrange and chair Mini and Junior Committee meetings and ensure that Mini and Junior members are represented within the Main Committee and CB meetings.
• Organise suitable playing and training opportunities Work alongside other club officers to coordinate the running and playing of Mini and junior rugby training, games and tournaments in line with Age Grade Regulations.
• Ensure all members are familiar with the core values of the game Make sure players, coaches, volunteers and parents are familiar with the core values of the game.



TREASURER - RICH WOOTTON

• Maintain and monitor the section bank account.
• Make regular reports at committee meetings as to both the current financial position and future financial forecasts of the M&J section.
• Responsible for payments to external agencies in relation to M&J section activities.


HEAD M&J COACH/ LEAD COACH: JUNIOR CONTACT
- GARETH SALISBURY

• Oversee coach development and communications for all contact coaching, promoting courses and monitoring performance.
• Ensure that the appropriate level of coaching is available for all training sessions.
• Lead on coach recruitment and development
• Identify, recruit and develop coaches ensuring sufficient and appropriate coaching staff are assigned to each team, including illness cover, and establish the needs of club coaches signposting them to relevant courses and continuing personal development.
• Act as point of contact Act as a point of contact for the RFU, Constituent Bodies and club coaches, ensuring that all coaches’ details and qualifications are registered and updated on the RFU Game Management System annually.
• Implement a coach development plan Design and lead the implementation of a suitable club coach development plan for all sections of the club, understand and publicise the RFU coaching courses and local coaching events and encourage the sharing and spread of best practice between coaches at different levels.



LEAD COACH: NON-CONTACT & GIRLS – CHRIS NEWSON

• Ensure all non-contact & girls age groups have the appropriate number of qualified coaches & co-ordinators and are aware of CPD opportunities.
• Assist Lead Coaches to ensure the appropriate equipment is provided for all age groups.
• Liaise with RFU Area co-ordinators to ensure relevant information & development opportunities are passed on to age groups.



LEAD COACH: MINI’S AND RUGBYSAFE LEAD – CHRIS BOOTH

• Oversee coach development and communications for all Mini’s coaching, promoting courses and monitoring performance.
• Ensure that the appropriate level of coaching is available for all training sessions.
LEAD COACH – GIRLS CONTACT: DAVE LONGRIGG & SUSAN FRASER
• Lead training sessions Plan, deliver and review safe, engaging and effective training sessions; role model rugby’s values, and codes of conduct while developing individuals’ skill, confidence and fitness
• Adopt a Player centred approach Have a clear Coaching and Playing philosophy aligned to the wants and needs of every player
• Learning and Development Work with the Club Coaching Coordinator to continue and facilitate personal learning and development



SAFEGUARDING OFFICER – HEIDI SALISBURY

• Develop and implement safeguarding policies and procedures In conjunction with RFU guidance, develop safeguarding policies and procedures and arrange a training programme for club personnel working with young people, ensuring that a system of DBS checks are in place for anyone working with young people. Ensure that all parents of new mini and youth players receive and sign the relevant club policies and procedures. Ensure that any new information concerning the safeguarding of children is distributed.
• Be aware of club and member specific information Be aware of individual children’s special educational or medical needs and the need to inform appropriate club age-group coaches and/or managers; verify and confirm club accreditation information.
• Ensure prompt and accurate reporting Ensure that all safeguarding issues and incidents are reported promptly, liaising with local statutory agencies when necessary and ensure that first aid arrangements comply with RFU policies.


DEPUTY SAFEGUARDING OFFICER/TOUR COORDINATOR & AGC LEAD – LINDSEY MCKERLIE

• Assist Safeguarding Officer to ensure that all safeguarding issues and incidents are reported promptly and recorded.
• Ensure the tour is compliant - Work with the CB to ensure RFU Regulations are adhered to in good time before departure. Manage the payments process through the club account (not into own account) keeping all appropriate records. If organizing a junior tour agree a code of conduct with the club Safeguarding Officer to make sure everything meets RFU tour guidelines.
• Lead the organisation of the itinerary - Work with team management and the Fixtures Secretary to decide destinations and itinerary; form and lead a team of volunteers to help the organisation run smoothly; arrange transport, insurance, accommodation/billeting and social activities, visas and vaccinations where necessary.




CLUB SHOP MANAGER – LINSEY GREEN
• Develop a merchandise plan
• Devise and oversee the merchandise range, and the merchandising budget
• Take the lead on supplier relationships
• Develop and maintain relationships with trusted suppliers and oversee quality control of merchandise.
• Manage the shop
• Manage both the physical shop and online sales; track sales and oversee reinvestment in stock through the purchasing of merchandise and management of inventories



FIXTURES SECRETARY – PETER GRIEVES-SMITH

• To ensure that fixtures are arranged, establish a fixture list for the whole season and confirm or re-arrange fixtures during the season.



MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY – ANDREW CLARK & LINSEY GREEN

• Ensure all players are registered and monitor new members.
• Meet potential new members and explain benefits of joining.
• Provide player registers to all coaching groups.
• Manage online registration using the Game Management System
• Maintain the list of players with effective registration


SECRETARY – CHARLOTTE JOHNSON

• Communicate meeting dates and agenda to committee.
• Take minutes of committee meetings and circulate in a timely manner.
• Support Chair and committee members in day-to-day activities.



SPONSORSHIP CO-ORDINATOR – VACANT

• Continually develop commercial relationships with sponsors.
• Build relationships with local business to maximise sponsorship opportunities



SOCIAL SECRETARY – VACANT

• Arrange events throughout the year to engage current members and encourage new members.
• Work alongside the Sponsorship Co-ordinator to help raise funds for club development.



CATERING CO-ORDINATOR – GEORGIA CHADWICK

• Assist kitchen staff with provision of catering supplies for Sunday mornings.
• Co-ordinate with AGCs and volunteers to ensure adequate cover in kitchen.



WEBSITE – JO WYLE

• Lead on website creation and maintenance Create/update the website and design a navigation structure for players, opposition, coaches, volunteers, spectators, members, sponsors, media and other stakeholders, ensuring that there are regular updates to the news stories on the front page of the site (work with the Social Media Officer to share these articles) and the fixtures and results section.
• Act as a point of contact for website content Liaise with the Communications and PR Manager and the club committee to publicise club events on the site and ensure the site complies with the code of conduct and reflects the values of the game.
• Maintain the commercial side of the website Promoting sponsors, where applicable, and managing any e-business transactions that occur on the website.
